The Hollow Knight adventure is currently not available for Android devices. Certain objects will have to be further unlocked in order to gain access to the new territory. New places and visited buildings are marked on the map, as well as some surprises and secret areas. To explore the territories, the player can use the map – before that, it must be bought from the cartographer. It consists of several zones, which tend to change depending on the episode. In Hollow Knight, the surrounding area is detailed. You can also use amulets that grant special skills and bonuses. They are needed to use super abilities or to restore health. Using weapons in the fight against bosses, the hero can perform combined attacks that give extra points. The player can improve its combat characteristics by finding a blacksmith and smelting the Nail – this can be done several times. Of the weapons in the game, the Nail is available – an in-game replacement for the sword. They can be purchased from merchants or found in a secret box. The passage of the level can be simplified using special devices. Each episode has its own set of fascinating secrets and original locations.
Here the player will not only confront bosses and explore the world, but also solve puzzles, search for items and complete missions. The gameplay in Hollow Knight is multi-part. The game is fully translated into Russian. All actions of the hero directly affect the course of the passage, leading the story to one of the possible endings. Some knowledge will be received by the player only indirectly, and, having combined all the impressions, he must decide where he needs to move. Interacting with them results in cutscenes or thought clouds that shed light on the trouble that has befallen the kingdom. Most of the storyline will be revealed to the player by special items.
